Backpacker's Black Bean Soup

Ingredients:
  • 7 ounces Fantastic dried
  • black beans
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic
  • flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
How to Prepare:
1) Mix all ingredients well in a pot.
2) Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3) Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
