Mix flour and beer together. Spread large fry pan with 1/2 c. butter. Make a ball of the flour and flatten with hands. Place in fry pan and cook ten min. Place remaining butter on top of flour with fingers. Then flip and cook ten min. on that side. When cool, cut or tear and eat.
