Cheesy Chicken Croquets

Ingredients:
  • Chicken
  • Egg
  • Oil
  • Parmesean Cheese
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Salt
 
How to Prepare:
Preheat the oil in a dutch oven or another pot. Mix the bread crumbs with the parmesean cheese. Make an egg wash mixture using egg and water. Salt the chicken generously before dipping. Dip the chicken into the egg wash mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place the chicken in 350 degree oil for 12 minutes or until crispy.
