Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Ingredients:
  • Dry:
  • 4T flour
  • 4T sugar
  • 2T cocoa powder
  • Wet:
  • 1 egg
  • 3T oil
  • 3T milk
  • A splash of vanilla
  • 3T chocolate or white baking chips (opt)
 
How to Prepare:
Get a larger ceramic mug, about 16 oz size....butter lightly or spray the bottom of it......then add the dry ingredients and mix all together.

When mixed add the rest of the ingredients, and stir till blended.

Put in microwave for 3 min (1,000 watt).

The cake will puff up over the top, that's ok......Allow it to cool, a minute or two, then tip it out on a plate and slather on the cool whip.

Fast, fun and tastes great...Like a dense sponge cake.
