Have 1-2 lbs., 6-8 filets, chop in a food processor or equivalent until pretty much just mush,.. add 2 eggs and bread crumbs of your choice, S&P little garlic pow., and roll into ping pong size balls. Onion chopped fine works well also in the fish mush, fry in 350 degree peanut oil until they float jus like hush puppies and remove.....
then please allow to cool or at least until you put the next batch in....
