Criminal Dawn French Toast

Ingredients:
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 T sugar
  • Butter for griddle/pan
  • Sliced bread (preferably slightly stale)
 
How to Prepare:
Combine first four ingredients and beat until foamy. You can add more milk or more Baileys to your taste. Soak slices of bread and fry til golden brown on a greased griddle. Serves whoever shows up (usually about 10 people per loaf of bread). Great with maple syrup or just with butter.
