Dad's Fish Batter

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
 
How to Prepare:
Mix everything in bowl. If batter is to thick just add a little more beer. Dredge fillet fish in flour then dip in batter. Pan fry in oil till golden.
