Jalapeno Stuffed Dove Breasts

Ingredients:
  • Dove Breasts, fileted off bone
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • Garlic Salt
  • Slab Bacon
  • Toothpicks
 
How to Prepare:
Sprinkle both sides of dove breasts with garlic salt. Cut jalapenos into disks. Cap a jalapeno disk with 2 halves of dove breasts and wrap a half slice of slab bacon around the breasts, securing with a toothpick. Grill until bacon is cooked.
