Put your baggie inside a cup, or bowl to keep it upright
Put the chicken in the ziplock bag.
Ream your lemon juice. The easiest way to do this is to use the heel of your hand to mush the lemon on a cutting board, cut it open and use your fist to ream the juice and pulp out of the fruit.
Add your Oregano and olive oil.
Seal the bag with as little air in it as possible.
Now the fun part. Use your fists to beat the heck out of the chicken. This will assist the lemon juice in tenderizing the chicken. Let sit for 15 up to 30 min
Peel your potatoes & quarter them.
Use heavy gauge tin foil to prepare packets. On the bottom of the foil, spread half your butter, sprinkle with sea salt ( or regular salt) put your potatoes on top, then add the remainder of your butter in clumps and more salt.
Packet the foil tightly and put on the grill for 20 min. Shake the bag to keep the potatoes loose. Use tongs. You may add veg to the bag as well. After 10 min put your chicken on the grill. Leave it for 5 min. Flip and leave for 5 more min.
