1 can of chicken OR 1 box of tofu (the non-refrigerated type)
How to Prepare:
Cook noodles according to directions.
As noodles are approaching done-ness add cubed tofu or chicken, mixing well.
Turn off burner and let sit 2-4 minutes for sauce to thicken.
add-ins:
1 small can of green beans or mixed veggies,
steamed fresh broccoli (fresh broccoli will keep 2 days in your pack if the weather isn't too hot).
