1 Pack Med-Firm Tofu
1 Can Canadian Bacon (yes, you can find it in a can!)
Anything else you might like (mushroom, peppers, onion, tomato)
Salt and Pepper if you want
How to Prepare:
Fry your bacon for a little bit before adding crumbled up tofu. Make sure they get very well acquainted. When it's all hot and cooked the tofu will taste just like the bacon, with a softer protein texture, and you'll be surprised how much you like it.
