small onion (diced)
snap and seal baggies
shredded cheese
small flour tortillas
taco sauce or salsa
salt and pepper
How to Prepare:
1. Get large pot of water hot on campfire or stove. 2. While water heats dice green pepper and onion into small pieces. 3.Break 2 eggs into baggie, add green pepper,onion and ham into baggie. 4. Seal baggie and squeeze- enough to scramble the eggs. 5. Place baggie in hot water and cook until eggs are done. 6. Place in flour tortilla and add cheese and salsa.

Freeze your meat in a ziplock bag with your favorite marinade. Thaw when ready to use, discard the marinade and grill. Meat comes out tender and excellent.
