Ingredients:
  • Fresh trout-larger the better-w/o head
  • 2-5 strips of bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
 
How to Prepare:
Salt and pepper trout (inside and out) to taste. Wrap with bacon. Then wrap with heavy duty alum foil. Place in coals for 10 to 15 mins. Listen for the bacon sizzling. Turn every five min until cooked.
