1 fillet of fish per person (haddock or the best local fish; if you are in Cornwall plaice is great)
2 potatoes per person
pea's
oil
milk
salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:
Generously oil a peice of tin foil, wrap the fresh fish in the foil, cook for 15 minutes.
Boil the peas and potatoes until cooked.
Mash the potatoes, peas a little milk and salt and pepper.
Place some vegs on a plate and put the cooked fish on top.
