Ingredients:
  • Spray Butter
  • 1 small onion, Diced
  • Can of Sloppy Joe Mix
  • 12 oz Textured Vegetable Protein
  • Wheat Hamburger Buns
 
How to Prepare:
In skillet, saute onion in Butter Spray until clear. Add mix and Vegetable Protein and heat through. Serve on buns.
