Ingredients:
  • Rice, Water, just about anything else
  • Beef Jerky (flavored is optional)
 
How to Prepare:
Begin boiling rice with water, halfway through cooking rice add strips of jerky, if othewr ingridients are obtained add while or after cooking.
(this is easy to carry because it is lite and water can be obtained from a stream good for backpacking or emergency, in a pinch skip water and rice and eat jerky plain)
