chop off ends of 1 zuchini . place on a good size pc of foil . slice zuchini lengthwise but not all the way thru . then make slices the other way not all the way thru . spread open zuchini place sliced onion on top of zuchini , then dot with margarine , add salt & pepper wrap foil around zuchini , then add another pc of foil and wrap again place in caols and cook till tender . then repeat for 2nd zuchini .
